ABOUT US
Jonathan has been active in real estate since 2006, building a career across multiple sectors of the industry including residential brokerage, investment acquisitions, and commercial real estate. Over the past two decades, much of his investment experience was built while living on the East Coast and investing predominantly throughout that region. His background includes numerous investment ventures ranging from single-family acquisitions and structured finance strategies to large-scale land and development projects. His commercial real estate foundation combines hands-on transaction experience with advanced coursework through the CCIM Institute’s designation curriculum.
Since 2012, Jonathan and his wife Hannah have operated their real estate businesses as partners. Hannah has managed the acquisition side of their operations, overseeing deal flow, negotiations, and transaction management, while Jonathan focuses on strategy, underwriting, and portfolio growth. Together they have built a high-volume investment operation grounded in disciplined analysis, practical execution, and long-term asset strategy.
After years of building their real estate business from the East Coast, Jonathan and Hannah now live in the Rocky Mountain region and are expanding their investment focus throughout the Mountain West. Their current strategy is a natural extension of their experience: applying the same conservative underwriting, transaction discipline, and hands-on investment approach to multifamily opportunities in growing Rocky Mountain communities.
The couple values real estate not just as an investment vehicle, but as a platform for designing a life around freedom, flexibility, meaningful volunteer work, and shared goals. Volunteer work has been an important part of both Jonathan and Hannah’s lives since 2000, and it was one of the shared values that brought them together. They continue to devote a meaningful amount of time each month to those efforts, and their business has been intentionally built around the ability to remain active in that work while also pursuing disciplined, long-term investment opportunities.
Jonathan and Hannah live in the mountains and also spend as much time outdoors as possible — hiking, biking, and skiing whenever they can. Their work, volunteer efforts, and personal lives are intentionally intertwined, and they view their partnership as one of their greatest strengths.
Jonathan and Hannah have completed over 1,000 real estate transactions across multiple asset types and have worked with investors nationwide on acquisitions, development strategy, and portfolio expansion. Their approach emphasizes conservative underwriting, relationship-driven transactions, and creating durable value through real assets.
